- อ่านซูเราะฮ์อัลอิคลาศ, อัลฟะลัก และอันนาส 3 ครั้งเช้าและเย็น เพื่อขอความคุ้มครองจากสิ่งชั่วร้าย
- กล่าว "บิสมิลลาฮิลละซี ลายะฎุรรุ มะอัสมิฮี ชัยอุน ฟิลอัรฎิ วาลาฟิสซะมาอิ วะฮุวัสซะมีอุลอะลีม" 3 ครั้ง — ผู้ใดกล่าวจะไม่ได้รับอันตราย
- กล่าว "ระฎีตุบิลลาฮี รับบา, วาบิลอิสลามีดีนา, วาบิมุฮัมมัดิน นบีย์ยา" 3 ครั้ง — อัลลอฮ์ทรงสัญญาว่าจะทรงพอพระทัยในวันกิยามะฮ์

What does this mean?
Du'a means supplication or remembrance of Allah (Dhikr), a practice that brings peace of heart and closeness to Allah.
The morning period is from after Fajr until sunset; the evening period is from after Asr until sunset.
Important points to remember
- Recite Ayat al-Kursi once (Surah Al-Baqarah 255) morning and evening — the Prophet said the reciter is protected from jinn until evening/morning.
- Recite Surah Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, and An-Nas three times morning and evening for protection from evil.
- Say three times: 'Bismillahilladhi la yadurru ma'asmih shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wahuwas-Sami'ul-'Alim' (In the name of Allah with whose name nothing on earth or in heaven can cause harm) — the reciter will not be harmed.
- Say three times: 'Raditu billahi Rabba, wabil-Islami dina, wabiMuhammadin nabiyya' — Allah promises to be pleased with such a person on the Day of Judgment.
An everyday example
After Fajr prayer, sit briefly to recite the morning duas before starting your daily activities. It brings peace of mind and confidence for the whole day.
